Next concert of the 2023 Academia 1830 Classical Festival.
As part of the commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sergei Rachmaninov, we will perform two great works of symphonic music: Rachmaninov’s Concerto No. 2 for piano and orchestra with the young talent Valentín Modován, and the Second Symphony by Jean Sibelius.
Two great symphonic works from the musical post-romanticism, written between the end of the 19th and 20th centuries, performed with the chamber orchestra version by I. Farrington. A musical challenge for the Acadèmia 1830 orchestra, directed by Fernando Marina, and a delight for music lovers.
